Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house is part of a listed farm complex and is located on the edge of the historic center of Aachen-Kornelimünster. This former farmyard is surrounded by meadows and despite its quiet location you can reach the Aachen city center by bus in 20 minutes. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. The entrance to the first stage of the Eifelsteig hiking trail is also in Kornelimünster.

The detached single family home is located in a village between Aachen and Eschweiler. The highways to Cologne, Düsseldorf, Belgium and the Netherlands are all accessible within a 5 minute drive. Furthermore, a garden and terrace with a stone grill are available for private use.
