The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

Our accommodation is ideally located for exhibition visitors, concertgoers at the arena stadium, and airport travelers. Exhibition Center & Arena Stadium Both are just 1.7 km away, about 25 minutes on foot. You can also take the U-Bahn right in front of the house—just 2 stops (2 minutes). For Airport Travelers The airport terminal is only 2.3 km away, close enough to walk. Alternatively, you can take Bus 760, which takes about 10 minutes and stops right in front of the accommodation.

My 2 rooms in the attic (2nd floor) are centrally located in a very quiet residential estate. The subway is within walking distance. From there you can reach the following places very quickly: - Old Town & City Center - 9 minutes - Königsallee 8 min - Main train station - 5 minutes - Messe Düsseldorf 29 minutes (1 transfer) Supermarkets, pharmacies, Starbucks, McFit and a Portuguese restaurant are right around the corner (approx. 400 m) and within walking distance.

Signal Tower City

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Quiet, green and central living in the Zechenhaus

Experience Ruhr Valley flair in a "mining house." It was built in 1912 and lovingly renovated. Old elements, such as plank flooring and coffered doors, are still present and offer wonderful old-building charm. Other elements, such as the roof and windows, were renovated and the walls were insulated. I bought this house in 2020 and grew up in the house next door. Professionally, I am in Berlin with my small family for 2 years and therefore offer the house for rent.

Take a vacation in Essen Haarzopf in a half-timbered house (80 square meters) renovated in 2020 in a quiet location (nature reserve) with three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet. A spacious terrace invites you to relax on warm days. The Essen trade fair, the Grugapark and the university hospital can be reached quickly. Great transportation connections to the A52 and A40. Small but nice apartment

Furnished apartment to stay in a quiet location of the area. A separate entrance leads you first to a hallway, from which the renovated bathroom can also be reached. In another room there is a kitchenette with a living/dining area. A sleeping option is on a top floor, which can be reached via a wooden ladder (NO STAIRS!). The residential unit has a size of about 23 square meters. Use of the garden is NOT part of the listing.
