The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

A REWE supermarket is just 900m away (open from 7am - midnight)

Quiet guest room - private entrance, private bathroom

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with its own bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80x200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160x200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 sqm (plus bathroom), but otherwise everything you need for a short stay: a wardrobe, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

Lovingly renovated and furnished studio apartment in the attic (ceiling height approx. 1.90 m) with large living room with sofa bed and dining area, separate kitchen, bathroom and small study with further sleeping accommodation in the south of Essen. Great for trade fair guests and culture/sports fans: only ~200 meters from the bike path and the Ruhr. The bus stop is also here (~11 minutes from/to the main station).
