Das Studio befindet sich im Dachgeschoß unseres Hauses im Süden der Stadt Mülheim an der Ruhr, im Stadtteil Holthausen/Raadt. Die ruhige Lage direkt am Landschaftsschutzgebiet schließt eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung nicht aus. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ins Zentrum und zum Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in wenigen Minuten fußläufig. Mit dem Auto ist man in 3 min auf der A52. Messe Essen: ca. 10 min; Messe Ddorf: ca. 30 min Flughafen Ddorf: ca. 20 min; CentrO : ca. 25 min (jeweils mit dem Auto)

Top Lage - Top Ausstattung

Es handelt sich um eine wunderschöne Wohnung mitten im Mädchenviertel (Seitenstrasse). Gastronomie, Supermärkte, etc. sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Zentraler geht es kaum. Nahverkehr, Autobahn und Stadtmitte sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Ich lebe hier die meiste Zeit selbst und liebe mein daheim. Alle Sachen sind sehr hochwertig und sollten gut behandelt werden.

Das Zimmer hat zwar „nur“ ca. 13qm (plus Bad), aber sonst alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt: einen Schrank, 2 Stühle, einen Tisch, Kühlschrank, die Möglichkeit Kaffee und Tee zu kochen... Tassen, Teller, Besteck ...
