The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. There is a lot to explore and you can start numerous hiking trails directly from the apartment. The 90 m² apartment offers plenty of space. A large living-dining area with open kitchen is complemented by two bedrooms (each with a double bed). A terrace with a view and a modern bathroom complete the apartment. You won't want for anything.

We share the house entrance, then guests go up to the separate apartment. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. News about the 2021 flood: We are on the mountain and were not affected. All roads in the area are now passable again.
