Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Fischbachau

The apartment is ideally located on a pretty quiet street, but very close to Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz, as well as public transportation. It is very clean and pleasant. Andreas is a pleasure to deal with- responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

It was a dream. The place is very chic. We were there with our three teenagers, to go skiing. The apartment has everything you need. :) If necessary, the couch is too small for 5 people to lounge on. But hey, if you don't have anything else. The place has everything you need. Thank you, thank you for everything!

We found the apartment in a very clean and well cared condition. It is completely modern and high-quality, so we could feel very comfortable. A covered parking space in front of the house and some parking spaces in the underground car park saved us from the morning ice scratching. The ski cellar with ski boot heater is in the immediate vicinity of the house entrance, so our equipment could be stored quickly and without much towing. By car, the surrounding ski resorts Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach and the Zillertal Arena are easily and quickly accessible. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Daniel is great host, very friendly and helpful. We had detailed instruction for every aspect from starting from check-in to using home aplliances. Apartment in good location, grocery market is very close, park and river nearby. Nice smart home solution intalled. Free parking on the street, but hard to find place. We had good stay :)

We felt completely comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped, everything is clean and it is quiet with great views of the mountains. We used it as a starting point for various activities and at the same time as a retreat to spend time with friends.

Hello, we were very satisfied with the accommodation, a lot of space, an extra space for children to play. Great as a starting point for skiing and cross-country skiing. Thank you and we'd love to come back.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

Just beautiful! We felt very comfortable and would have preferred not to move out at all. The area is a dream, everything important is within walking distance, you are super fast at the lake and the house is also beautiful. We really didn't miss anything. Everything was also provided for our children, changing mat, high chair... Everything was there. Our dog was also welcome, which pleased us very much, as it is not easy to find nice accommodations with a dog. It was very quiet and we had lots of space. The terrace is huge and the sauna is also great! I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you for everything!

we had a great time and a very relaxed long family weekend in Manuel's beautiful old farmhouse. It has everything you need and with 6 people enough space to feel comfortable. Manuel and Verena are incredibly nice and open people who take care of everything with a lot of love and joy. The animals next door and the view, you don't need much more. We'll be back 😊☀️

We stayed two nights at Rü's place. Everyone was super satisfied, it was very clean, well-equipped kitchen and the well-kept property with water access was excellent for quick cooling. I'm sure we weren't there last time.

Everything is just clean and convenient. Sigrid is super friendly and is available always for any queries. The cake was absolute nice gesture! The games room was a pleasure for a big family like ours on a rainy day. There is nothing to complain and can only recommend others. We would absolutely go there again and can give nothing short of 5 stars.

The bathroom is exceptional, boasting beautiful aesthetics, impressive water pressure, and a washer and dryer that surpass any we've encountered in Europe. 2. The bedrooms are surprisingly equal in terms of amenities, despite one having a terrace and another having a TV, making room selection a relatively effortless process. 3. The hosts demonstrate exceptional responsiveness before, during, and after our stay. 4. A convenient door separates the living area from the bedrooms, featuring a large window that allows for visibility while minimizing noise disturbance. 5. When using the toilet in the smaller bathroom, it is advisable to utilize the courtesy flush option. 6. According to a local acquaintance, these condos are valued at over one million dollars and are situated in one of the wealthiest areas of town!

We felt extremely comfortable and would have preferred to stay for 2 weeks. Everything you need is sufficiently available. Our kids loved it too. We will be very happy to come back if we are around. We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️

Great location really enjoyed the village feel

I had the pleasure of staying here for two weeks with my friends and it was a truly wonderful experience. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. They were always available, helpful with anything I needed, and provided great local tips that made my time even more enjoyable. The place was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming environment!

Loved our stay here while in Munich. This apartment comfortably kept the 5 of us. The location can’t be beat, walkable to Marienplatz with many delicious restaurants on the street below. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to stretch out.
