Holiday rentals with a patio in Frechen

A wonderful apartment! Furnished and decorated to a very high standard with beautiful artworks and well designed spaces. High ceilings, wooden floor, quirky furniture and lighting. Secluded, quiet and peaceful. The outside terrace is lovely and quiet. Highly recommend staying here. This is our second visit, last time we stayed in the equally beautiful apartment downstairs.

I stayed in tge apartment for 6 weeks, and was extremely comfortable there. Jonne was extremely nice and helpful, and went above and beyond to help me out wheb needed. The place is extremely well located, at 3minutes walking distance from the botabical garden. Definitely recommend!

Exquisite apartment with nice terrace to sit outside. There's nothing missing. Everything as described. The kitchen is very well equipped, there are two bathrooms and two rooms for sleeping or retreat. The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex and you are right in the lively part of Ehrenfeld, on Venloer Straße and surroundings. The car can be parked comfortably in the underground car park and then it is best to move on foot and with the quickly accessible public transport. We immediately felt very comfortable! The contact with Henriette went wonderfully, she was waiting for us on site and directing us into the underground car park. On the next visit to Cologne, we will definitely come back here!

We had three really nice days in Nina's apartment and felt super comfortable right from the beginning. Communication with her was totally straightforward – she was always available, responded super quickly and gave us super clear information. Very nice house with bussstop around the corner.

We liked the stay very much. The home has all the comforts and in reality it looks even better than in the photos. The view over the Ruhr, the village of Einruhr and the surrounding hills are magnificent. We got extra towels and used the sandwiches service every morning. The sauna is wonderful. In short, it's a fantastic house!

We loved our stay at Dragos's place. He communicated very smoothly and the house met expectations. There are really 5 full bedrooms and it's nice that everyone has their own place. We especially wanted to visit Cologne ourselves and found the location of the house ideal. You can leave your car safely and tram line 18 is within walking distance.

Nice, quiet house with good layout and enough space. Ideal for our group with several families and children. Gladly come back🙂👍

The apartment is super connected and located in a new development with all the latest standards. S-Bahn and tram within walking distance. Slight signs of wear and defects distributed throughout the apartment. Great communication with tips and tricks for the city!

Location is top, everything was very well maintained and complete. The garden is lovely to relax in and the contact with the host went smoothly. The upstairs neighbor is also very nice and always available for questions or a chat. It was also very nice that the dogs were so welcome. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

Jan is a highly recommended host. The communication with him was very pleasant, courteous and efficient. His (penthouse)apartment was perfect in every matter, from the accessibility / location to the functionality / equipment in general to many, thoughtfully and quietly set amenities. In addition, in a central, perfectly connected location, the tranquility was remarkable. As well as this was the view from the windows into the surrounding area. We thoroughly enjoyed the time of our stay and can only recommend the choice of Jan's apartment as accommodation.
