Der Ortsteil Waltershofen liegt am Fuße der wunderschönen Weinbergregion Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl. Das Freiburger Zentrum ist in ca. 15Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 30Min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

From the beautiful and spacious basement apartment in a small back house with private entrance in the Stühlinger district, you have all the possibilities of exploring Freiburg and its surroundings with all its sights and excursion destinations. The city center is about a 20-minute walk, and a 3-minute tram stop.

You will stay in a small workshop house on the edge of the old town, Wiehre district. Due to the rear house situation, you will live very quietly but still centrally, in the middle of Freiburg. The tram stop and bike station are just 2 minutes away. The infrastructure is extremely good, all important shops are within walking distance.

The apartment is part of an outskirts villa with large garden. In the best location, the tranquility can be enjoyed here: the property is located directly on the forest and on the Dreisam. We, Catja & Andreas (with toddler & dear dachshund lady) rent this beautiful house and look forward to all our guests.
