We look forward to seeing guests in our cozy apartment. The Finkennest is located in a quiet residential area in Friedrichshafen, Manzell district, only approx. 10 minutes' walk (700 m) from the lakeshore (shore path by the lake, no lido). The campus by the lake of the ZU is also within 10 minutes' walk. But nevertheless, the city center is within 14 minutes comfortably by city bus, the exhibition grounds in about 30 minutes without changing trains. WiFi and TV included. Balcony available. The garden with seasonal pool and sauna is located in the neighboring house and can be used by guests. Pool is seasonal. Sauna available from November to April, use upon request. Quiet, central location near the lake and old town. Baby cot available on request.

The 60 sqm apartment is centrally located in Friedrichshafen-Fischbach. It's just a few minutes' walk to Lake Constance. The bus stop (towards Friedrichshafen and Constance) as well as the train station in Fischbach are also within walking distance. In addition, a supermarket, various bakeries, a pharmacy, various restaurants, the Fischbach lakeside resort (300 m) and a beer garden are within walking distance. The flat is on the raised ground floor.

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snack bar, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

Newly renovated apartment in a central and quiet location of Friedrichshafen, approx. 300 meters to Lake Constance, 5 minutes' walk to the old town, bus station, train, ferry, restaurants and shopping. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a double bed or two single beds and is suitable for 4 people. Guest Wi-Fi and bicycle parking are also available. Another apartment for 2-3 guests is located in the attic and can also be booked via this portal.

Private parking in front of the house, also space for caravans and campers. We rent the room on a weeky basis.

The approx. 54 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of our 2-family house. All windows of the apartment are equipped with fly screens. Free parking is available.
