We look forward to seeing guests in our cozy apartment. The Finkennest is located in a quiet residential area in Friedrichshafen, Manzell district, only approx. 10 minutes' walk (700 m) from the lakeshore (shore path by the lake, no lido). The campus by the lake of the ZU is also within 10 minutes' walk. But nevertheless, the city center is within 14 minutes comfortably by city bus, the exhibition grounds in about 30 minutes without changing trains. Der Bodensee ist von hier aus in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt ein tolles See- und Freibad oder auch ein Freizeitgelände mit kostenlosem Zutritt. Der durchgehend beschilderte Bodensee-Radweg, als einer der beliebtesten Radwege Europas führt rund 260 Kilometer entlang des Seeufers. Es gibt wunderschöne Wanderwege für Naturliebhaber oder als Ausgangspunkt für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um den Bodensee wie Meersburg, Konstanz, Pfahlbauten, Bregenzer Festspiele, Insel Mainau, uvm.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The high-quality features include a king-size bed, sofa bed, modern kitchen, and air conditioning for a pleasant indoor climate. The garden with seasonal pool and sauna is located in the neighboring house and can be used by guests. Pool is seasonal. Sauna available from November to April, use upon request. The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Unser Haus liegt idyllisch direkt am See mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Schweiz auf den Säntis und die Zeppelin Stadt "Friedrichshafen". Seit 8 Jahren sind wir erfolgreiche und glückliche Hosts, durften jede Menge tolle Menschen bei uns begrüßen, die auch gerne unser ganzes Haus gebucht hätten. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden ab Ostern 22 unser ganzens Haus netten Gästen zur Verfügung zu stellen.
