My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families. Nice ground floor studio accessible for people with disabilities. Non-smoking accommodation 1 bed 140, 1 bed 90, 1 bed 80 tv, wifi, terrace with barbecue large courtyard, to park your vehicle, shared with the owners, I have a very nice female Labrador who walks around the property. We are 10 km from Saintes, 25 km from Royan, 35 km from La Palmyre, 40 km from Ile d'Oléron
