Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grassau

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

It was beautiful decorated, spacious, quiet, and welcoming. Communication was excellent. Well worth the fee and we only wish we could have stayed longer.

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. Peer is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative! He was super flexible with our late arrival (traveling with two babies), provided all the necessary information about the house, and was always happy to help with any request, like an extra heater. He also gave us great recommendations for local places to visit and eat. Peer’s house is even bigger than it looks in the photos! The living room is huge, the garden must be amazing in the summertime, and the surrounding views are absolutely breathtaking. This was my first holiday in the German Alps, but as a complete package—host, house, location, and atmosphere—I don’t think we could have found anything better! The village has plenty of great spots to try local cuisine and family-friendly attractions. If you love walking, there are beautiful trails right on your doorstep, and within a 30-minute drive, you can discover some truly stunning places and scenic routes. Would we recommend it? 200% yes!

Wow, what a great place to stay. We spent our wedding vacation with Christina and couldn't have imagined a nicer place to stay. The view of the mountains, the idyllic property and especially the house with its own sauna. Just a dream. And with Christina herself, we had a really friendly and positive contact throughout. Our stay at Roxana’s home was great! The house was super clean, close to everything and the most important thing- Roxana and her husband were so nice! It really felt like home! Highly recommend! We are absolutely coming back!

It was really nice staying at this place. The entire house was spacious, and we especially loved the winter garden area. The facilities were great, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Simon was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We even got a late check-out option, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay for us!

We had a great stay in one of the great apartments of the "Alte Bildhauerei." We found everything as described/pictured: modern, clean, just wonderful! The place is the perfect starting point for a variety of activities. Check-in/check-out was super easy and flexible. The sauna made the stay perfect. Great host!

Beautiful place within walking distance to the ski area. The apartment is actually bigger and nicer than the pictures show, great house!

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, you feel very comfortable from the beginning, especially due to the high ceilings and the brightness due to the window front. The handover by the housekeeper on site was very friendly and accommodating, as was the communication with Vince. Everything is very tastefully decorated and really sparkling clean. The elevator is easily 5 minutes walking distance. Opposite the apartment is a small cozy cabin, on/in front of which après ski takes place until about 10/23 pm. That doesn't bother as long as the windows are closed. Very clear, highly recommended! We'll be back for sure. Thank you, Vince!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Lubica and Milan’s beautiful little apartment. The space was immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need. The little sunny garden was a lovely spot to have dinner each evening. We also requested a cot for our son, and not only was this set up so nicely for him, Lubica also made sure there were toys for him as well (this was such a lovely thought and came in very useful!). As a special treat, cold beer and wine were in the fridge upon arrival, and warm, homemade pastries were delivered for breakfast one morning. We found the location to be very picturesque and peaceful, yet easy enough to get into Salzburg, with bus stops just around the corner. We felt very lucky to find Lubica’s place to stay, and would be lucky to have the opportunity to stay again.

We felt very comfortable during the five-day stay. Highly recommended for a ski holiday as a place to stay. The location and distance to restaurants in the village is perfect. We will be happy to come back.

A lovely special apartment, with a great view of the sermon chair. You felt right at home. The communication with Florian and Sandra was straightforward and the tips were also very valuable. 🏔️☀️

We were for a girls vacation in the beautiful laundry house in Grassau. The place is totally cute and shopping is within walking distance. The location is a very good starting point for hikes on site, but day trips to Königssee or Tegernsee can also be reached within an hour's drive. Lake Chiemsee is "next door" and there are plenty of possibilities there too. The house was super nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable.

A beautiful house that has fully fulfilled our wishes as shown in the pictures. Due to its strategically good location, there are a variety of opportunities for activities. Lisa had also left great tips (also for restaurants). We definitely recommend the place.

We had a really nice weekend at Adventure Bavaria's Burg Villa! Everything was very well communicated and easy to find, self check-in straightforward. The house is spacious, very cozy and perfectly equipped (with top coffee machine) - especially the terrace with mountain views is a dream. We are completely satisfied and would come back anytime. Petra and Jurgen welcomed us and explained everything. During the stay, we asked some questions and got a quick answer. After leaving, forget my toothbrush and it will be sent by mail. We stayed during the Christmas period with 2 adults and 4 children and a large dog and all had a great time in the house where there is a very nice atmosphere. A short distance two ski areas that are ideal for the beginner winter sports enthusiasts. We would recommend this beautiful place and nice house to everyone.
