Willkommen in der FeWo Sternenblick! In der Nähe zur Römerstadt Zülpich und der Eifel bietet sie die ideale Lage für viele Aktivitäten in der Region. Köln, Bonn und das Phantasialand liegen jeweils nur 45/20 min entfernt, über die A1 schnell zu erreichen. Unsere FeWo bietet 2 Schlafzimmer für je 2 Erwachsene. Im Hauptschlafzimmer stehen noch 1 Kinder- & Babybett zur Verfügung. Küche und Bad sind komplett ausgestattet, im Wohnzimmer und auf dem Balkon kann man gut entspannen & die Natur genießen.

In dem 60 qm großen Appartement mit eigenem Eingang findest Du alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. 1 Doppelbett + 1 Schlafsofa- Platz für max. 4 Personen - Parkplatz vorm Haus In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß schon im Wald, auf dem 588 Meter hohen Michelsberg und kann in alle Richtungen wandern. Mit dem Auto ist man in einer guten halben Stunde am Nürburgring, an der Ahr, am Ruhrsee oder im Phantasialand Brühl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 km Entfernung. Hunde nach Absprache willkommen.

Naturnahes Leben und Erholen – direkt am Nationalpark Eifel. Das Tinyhouse liegt oberhalb des Rursees. Wanderwege liegen direkt vorm Haus. Spaziergänge im Schnee und die wohlige Wärme im Häuschen sorgen für Entspannung & Gemütlichkeit. Im Sommer lädt der Badesee mit Strand zum Schwimmen & Wassersport ein. Es gibt keinen direkten Seeblick (Bäume davor), doch der wundervolle Viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' ist in zwei Minuten erreichbar (100m), wo man nachts die Sterne ungestört beobachten kann.

Das gemütliche, ruhig gelegene 75m² messende 4-Betten-Nichtraucher-Holzhaus auf einem 900 m² Grundstück, davon 850 m² komplett eingezäunt, mit 12 m² Südbalkon und 20 m² nicht einsehbarer Terrasse verfügt über Telefon und Internet (mit Netbook und WLAN), ein 112 cm LCD-TV sowie Kinderstuhl und Kinderbett. Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

To be highlighted are a fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed, large panoramic windows, a cosy box spring bed, the private terrace with outdoor seating and ample customer parking spaces. Das rote Haus liegt im idyllischen Veytal zwischen Mechernich und Satzvey, unmittelbar an dem namensgebenden Veybach. So lässt sich die besondere Lage mitten in der Natur des alten Waldarbeiterhauses genießen, während man nur 900m von der Ortslage Mechernich entfernt ist. Das Haus liegt unmittelbar an einem Fahrradweg und bietet so einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren in die Region.
