Completely newly renovated & furnished 22 sqm/1 room apartment. There is a private entrance to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is also a small kitchen, with ceramic stovetop, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hair dryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. A TV, chests of drawers, dining table with 2 chairs. A large double bed is also included. This cozy and also super centrally located apartment is located in the city center of the beautiful state capital Schwerin and is therefore the ideal starting point for excursions or excursions of any kind. The small construction trailer oasis is really small and charming-rustic, but offers everything you need in the smallest space with a terrace and above all: peace and nature. 30 km from Bremen, 3.5 km from Oldenbüttel train station and 3.5 km from Hambergen (various shopping opportunities), this mini oasis is located on the edge of a small weekend house settlement. It looks far away, but it's not at all thanks to good connections and some nice neighbors.

The large, extraordinary loft-like apartment is centrally located in the trendy Schanze and Altona district. Beautifully located in the backyard with lots of greenery. In addition to the relaxed bedroom, there is a large work/dining/living room with its own tea/coffee station , which is integrated in the entrance area.
