Family paradise in the country

A beautiful house in the countryside located just 2km outside of the small town of Ólafsfjörður. Ideal for families to relax and enjoy the nature. In the summertime there is access to a lake and a lot of beautiful walking trails and hikes in the surrounding mountains. In the wintertime this is an absolute paradise for skiing and all kinds of winter sports and activities. On the property is a small forest, a lot of birdlife and it feels like you are million miles away from the nearest town.

Charming house, romantic, spacious and beautiful!

The house (HG-00002635) is centrally located in southeast Iceland, close t the Golden Circle and to all major attractions and places of interest, beautiful nature all around. It is located in the small town Fludir, the last house on a small, dead end street, very peaceful. Great mountain view and good opportunity to see the northern lights in winter. Ideal for big families or groups. Outdoor swimming pools nearby, organic, fresh products from local farmers and grocery store in town.

Home Away From Home outside Rvk.

If you are looking for a home away from home, in a relaxing apartment just outside the capital, If you love outdoor pools with hot tubs, saunas, and cold baths, this is the place. Walking distance to a nice beach and breathtaking view over Snæfellsnes peninsula. If you are lucky over the winter time, the Northern light will appear when you least expect. Perfect for a family of 4-5. One king-size bed, and 3 beds 90x200cm. If you are lucky, you could bump into the president ;)

Himri the mountain villa

Stunning villa with amazing 360 views, great location close to the golden circle and the capital region (only 30 min drive). The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 10 people. Himri is very spacious (300 sqm) and has everything you could wish for - a fully equipped gym and game room, a sauna and a hot tub. We just bought the villa and just finished a complete renovation. Old Post Office

The old post office is a very beautiful apartment that we furnished in 2023 with a beautiful view of the Outer Rangá. Hella is very well located in the south. It is a short drive to many beautiful places. It’s really fun to stay in Hella for a few days and take a day trip to all the main places in the south. It is no problem to see the northern lights on Hella and if you drive 5-10 minutes you get out of all the street lights and manage to enjoy them even more.

My home can be your home while you stay in Reykjavík and I travel elsewhere… This peaceful and centrally-located gem cannot be beat for location and has brought me nothing but joy the last 12 years! An attic, safely hidden in a backyard yet only steps away from the high street and a few houses from where the Mayor lives... this is the perfect place you are looking for.
