The house by the water is a spacious villa in a quiet place on the outskirts of the city. Right by the city limits in peace and quiet, there is an incredibly beautiful view of the water and where the northern lights dance in front of the windows over the winter. The villa is within walking distance of the water, 45 minutes from Kef airport and 15 minutes from the city center. The villa is ideal for families who want to treat themselves. Good playground with swings and slide for the youngest generation in a closed garden and a large hot tub.

Small and cozy studio apartment in our home, perfect for a couple or a single person. Our house was originally built in 1905 but was mostly torn down 20 years later and built like it is today. Very close to the international airport as well as grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Spacious deck to enjoy the good weather in the summer. Access to washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Please note that we have a big Golden retriever dog that shares the yard with us and you. 😊
