Helle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Voll möblierte Wohnung (ca. 65 qm) in ruhige Lage nahe der Isarauen. Komplett renovierte 3-Zimmer Wohnung mit neuem Bad ( incl. Waschmaschine )sowie absolut neuwertiger Küche incl. Basisausstattung zum Kochen. Außerdem ist ein Kinderbett ( 1-3 Jahre ) und ein Kinderstuhl vorhanden. Für alle Hubert & Staller Fans. Am 19. September 2018 war unser Haus (Erdgeschoss und Garten) Kulisse für Dreharbeiten. Da wir in Zeiten des Coronavirus leben wird unsere Wohnung nach jedem Feriengast desinfiziert.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Book our new 3 room flat (89sqm) with fully furnished and new high quality fitted kitchen. From the balcony you have an indirect view of the Ammersee and in only 4 minutes on foot you are already at the longest lake promenade in Germany. The S-Bahn (S8 Munich and airport) is a 15-minute walk away.
