It is recommended not only for those who want to spend a relaxing time in Azumino and Ikeda-cho, but also as a base for sightseeing in Kamikochi and Hakuba, for stays of one night or more. Currently, accommodation is available from 29/6 to 3/7, which is when you can see many fireflies nearby. Why not enjoy the new green leaves, BBQs and saunas in quiet Shinshu before the summer holidays? A convenient location as a base for sightseeing in Hakuba, Kamikochi and Tateyama-Kurobe. We also accommodate group trips, family trips, and stays of several nights to long-term stays. The washing machine and bathroom also have a drying function, so you can stay comfortably for multiple nights. You can get here by public transport, but it is more convenient to have a car in this area. If you are coming by train, there may not be any taxis, so we recommend planning your transportation in advance. Free pick-up and drop-off are available from Akashina Station and Shinano-Matsukawa Station. We can arrange paid pick-up and drop-off to Matsumoto Station, Nagano Station, and the Sawando Bus Terminal, etc.

This is a quiet villa area at an altitude of about 1000 meters, Iizuna Kogen. Newly built in 2022, simple cabin full of wood aromas. You can encounter many beautiful views during a 10-minute walk. Please take a look at Mt. Iino from Oza Hoshi Pond. About 3 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop (Iizuna Higashi Ward)! It is about a 7-minute walk from the next nearest bus stop (Iizuna Kogen). You can also come by public transport. Walking distance to forest stations, Iizuna soba, ramen, burgers, and other restaurants. About a 25-minute drive from Nagano Station and Zenkoji.Togakushi Shrine is about a 15-minute drive away. It is also a great base for golf skiing to Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko. Please also use it for climbing mountains to Togakushi Kodo, Amato-mi Trail, and Mt. Iinjo. If you want to go to the hot springs, it's about a 15-minute drive to the Tenbukan on Lake Reisenji. The public bath is about a 5-minute drive to Asoviva. There is a discount on the bathing fee. We will lend you a projector and screen for free. Play games or screenings on large screens. This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

After procuring fresh ingredients locally, move to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and go up the stairs to bring the ingredients to the hearth space. You won't see any other people. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example. There, you can buy local produce, craft beers & wine, and walk around the beautiful area. We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter. We are 1080m above sea level, its cool in summer!
