Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Sie verfügt über hellen Wohn-Essbereich mit moderner komplett ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, Bodenheizung, gratis Wi-Fi und eine sehr große private Terrasse. Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter genießen.

Das schöne 1960er Jahre Haus steht in Igls, einem gemütlichen Stadtteil von Innsbruck. Es bietet einen einzigartigem Blick in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Das Haus bietet Platz für eine große Familie (gerne auch mit Hund), hat einen offenen Kamin, 3 Terrassen, 2 Balkone und einen großzügigem Garten. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und barrierefrei, sogar mit Treppenlift. In 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto oder Bus in der Innsbrucker Innenstadt und in wenigen Minuten im Skigebiet Patscherkofel.

The flat is located in a the historic part of Innsbruck - St Nikolaus. We have good public transport connections and free parking on our property. The flat is on the first floor with a generous balcony with a beautiful view. We offer a large bedroom with a double bed, TV and a single bed. In the living room we have dining table, TV and a sleeping couch. In the second bedroom with have a second double bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Also we have a fast internet 150/50Mbps.

The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. Just a 3-minute walk to the Nordkette cable car into the city center or to the Nordkette ski and snowboard area and the Nordkette Singletrail (one of the most challenging trails in Europe). Also just a 3-minute walk to the bus to the city center and the Patscherkofel ski area. It's an ideal starting point for hiking, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and exploring the city.

Exklusive Ferienwohnung mit Whirlpool und Infrarotkabine! Sie liegt im Zentrum von Kolsass. Dazu gehört ein großer Garten, eine eigene Garage und Abstellplätze. Ein Supermarkt ist ca. 3 Minuten entfernt, der Radweg führt in unmittelbarer Nähe vorbei. Im Winter ist das Skigebiet am Kolsassberg ideal für Anfänger. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es die Möglichkeit, den Tag kulinarisch im Wellnesshotel Rettenberg ausklingen zu lassen.
