We enjoyed this peaceful location. Felt like home with a lot of amenities, clean rooms and a great value. Would stay here again for sure.

The place exceeded our expectations. We were greeted outside by several friendly cats and a cheerful parade of chickens. The apartment was extremely clean and, comfortable, and we liked the aesthetic. We stayed for three days and did a lot of cooking. The kitchen had a lot of items beyond the basics. There was a great coffee and tea selection. We were concerned about noise as the apartment is attached to the house, but it wasn't an issue at all. We were also concerned that the thermostat is not in the unit. However, we reached out to Brooke to turn the air down once and she was immediately responsive. Brooke's vehicles are parked near the unit, so there's a little activity near the front door, but that said we felt our privacy was respected. The neighborhood feels more rural and we found it charming. I'll happily stay there again next time I'm in Knoxville.

This condo is brand new and is located in an area that gets you everywhere you would want to be in no time. Vernon was a great host and very responsive to any questions. Very good details of the condo by floor and check in and check out directions. Definitely going to book again.
