There is satellite TV/radio and parking in front of the house by the hedge. Use of the washing machine or dryer is available upon request. The chalet is a cozy place for couples and families and is directly adjacent to our old house. Amenities: SW terrace with garden access, small sleeping chamber, large bedroom, small kitchen, wood-paneled living room in front of panoramic windows, with separate round dining area all in wood. Quiet residential area surrounded by gardens. Within walking distance of Lake Kochel, the boat dock, the Franz Marc Museum. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities in the immediate vicinity.

The south-facing apartment offers a great view of the Alpine world of Karwendel and Wetterstein. It has been recently renovated and furnished. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people - but it is ideal for 2-3 people. The apartment has almost 40 m² of very clean living space: dining-living room (with spacious, fully equipped kitchenette), bedroom (with wide double bed and new mattresses), private bathroom with natural light, south-facing balcony, private parking.

The apartment is located in the center of Kochel and is only a 10-minute walk from Lake Kochel and 150 meters from the train station with direct connections to Starnberg and Munich Central Station.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

The Stifts-Haus (1611) has been extensively renovated. The guest apartment is very cozy, with a bedroom (double bed + sofa bed/children's mattresses on request), a living/kitchen room and a large, beautiful bathroom. Nothing is ordinary with us. Curious??? When booking only 2 days (minimum), please bring €10 per day laundry fee/per person or bring your own bed linen. This is the only way to offer the overall low price for short stays.

My accommodation is located directly on the Walchenseeufer with many sports facilities for anglers, hikers, skiers - the Herzogstandbahn can be reached on foot. The Duke's estate (the cable car can be reached on foot - you have a breathtaking view), the Benediktbeuern Monastery - the oldest Benedictine abbey in Upper Bavaria or the well-known Neuschwanstein Castle or Linderhof Castle - all offer interesting outflow destinations.
