Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

A beautiful bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bathroom with shower and feel-good bath, as well as a large kitchen with full amenities await you.
