A very bright, recently built, single-storey house, 51 m2, in a quiet area, close to the very sheltered beach of L'Arnérault, which adjoins the charming, lively little marina of La Flotte. This house is semi-detached with ours, but has a separate entrance on the street side, as well as on the courtyard side. The courtyard allows several vehicles to be parked.
