La casa está situada en una zona de pinar con parcelas grandes. Es una zona silenciosa donde solo se escuchan los pajaros ya que los caminos son sin salida y solo pasan las personas que vivimos aquí . Es ideal para pasar unos días de autentico descanso. Estamos en mitad de camino del pueblo y la playa, a unos 3 Klm. de cada, y muy cerca de grandes supermercados, restaurantes etc... Cercano a la casa hay caminos para pasear y un gran pinar publico con instalaciones para hacer deportes o picnics.

Casita con vistas preciosas de un dormitorio en una entre planta de madera y otro sofá cama en el salon. La bañera esta en una cueva con ducha grande. Una cocina totalmente equipada incluyendo lavavajillas. Suelo de roble. Aire acondicionado. Wifi de fibra. Hay un parking justo abajo, algo muy importante en los meses de verano y estas a dos minutos andando del centro del casco antiguo de Vejer. Una zona muy tranquila y encantadora. Wifi de fibra. Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.
