This is the perfect beach escape for a couple or small family. This spacious apartment is on the beach with a private balcony and direct ocean view. Comfortably accommodates 2 people, with a maximum occupancy of 4 people (2 people will sleep on single sofa beds in the living room). It has a bedroom with 1 queen-size bed, a living room with ocean views, with two sofa beds, TV, table, and chairs. NOTE! This apartment does NOT have a kitchen; it does have a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. No pets.

Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Kitchen has stove, frig, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all utensils. 20 minute drive to town on a rough road so a rental car is suggested. 2024 4-seater for rent, see “other” photos.

This one-of-a-kind casita has been fully remodeled in fine European Spanish charm darning a chic spacious kitchen, 3-piece bathroom, romantically draped canopy bed dressed in luxurious linens, a wood burning fireplace, quaint garden patio w/fountain & bistro table, a private roof top palapa w/ full pano ocean view & custom queen size bed swing and barstools w/dining perch, etc... all within a short distance of steps that lead down to our private beach for miles of walking when the tide is low!

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Cabin Tulum VIP

The Cabin Tulum is located on top of a cliff of a camping and surfing place, far from the city; however, the cabin has total privacy since this area of the cliff will only have access to you as a guest. The Tulum cabin has what is necessary to spend an unforgettable night with your partner, has a garden area with table and grill (but has no kitchen), know and you will not regret it, it will be an unforgettable memory. Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay on my sailboat "Delirio" ( 28 ft) anchored in secluded Bahia Concepción. The ocean waves will rock you to sleep while you enjoy the beautiful night sky. The morning sun will wake you up just in time, if you are lucky, to catch a glimpse of the curious dolphins swimming by the bay. It truly is an experience like no other!
