Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Cozy Casita Latilla in Barrio Viejo with Parking!

Historic Casita Latilla is located in the heart of Tucson's Barrio Viejo. This adobe casita is named for its interior ceiling made of Saguaro ribs, or "latillas" which were a building material of choice before wood and metal became more readily available with the arrival of the railroads in the 1880's. Notable for having one of the largest concentrations of 19th Century adobe structures in the country, Barrio Viejo is one of Tucson's most appealing and colorful neighborhoods.
