We had a pleasant stay in Rome in a quiet area. Fulvia's place was spacious, very clean, very well arranged and equipped, and very comfortable. Fulvia welcomed us very warmly and was always available for us. We'll be back with pleasure at their place. Thank you Fulvia!

Our second stay at Mario's apartment because the first time it was perfect for us. Marco met us again and allowed us to arrive early; he was very friendly and welcoming as usual. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. We hope to stay at their place again in the future!

We stayed at this guesthouse for 4 nights and it was a really wonderful experience. The property was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is perfect: very close to the beach, subway, shops, and restaurants, making every trip simple and enjoyable. The manager is an extremely kind and helpful person, always ready to give us great advice that allowed us to make the most of our vacation. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in a welcoming and well-organized environment. Thank you so much for everything!

Small, but very cozy and nice appartment with all the ammenities you might need. We loved the private and big balcony! Very nice to relax there after a busy day in the city. Public traffic quite easy and cheap, around 40-60minutes to get to the city center depending on traffic, walking pace and correspondece. Hosts are very attentative, and flexible. We got to check in as soon as the appartment was finished cleaned, and they even offered us late checkout without us asking.

Hands down the best Airbnb of my Europe trip so far. It feels so much like home that you barely want to leave and explore Rome. The hosts are incredible. Both are friendly, responsive, and put a lot of love and care into hosting. I was greeted personally and shown around as well as given a specific dinner recommendation since my day was long. The double bed is very comfortable, the shower is nice, and I appreciated the balcony. This is everything you’d want in a luxury hotel but in a private home. It is very secure, in a private building. The walk to the metro wasn’t bad- maybe 10 minutes. I definitely plan to stay here anytime I’m in Rome or recommend it to anyone I know who is visiting.

Our stay was great! Ti always answered us promptly, we asked to leave the bags in the apartment before check-in time and they welcomed us well. In the apartment there are some cards with a lot of information and tips about Rome that were very useful to us. The apartment is very well located, close to tram and bus points, it has a pizzeria right underneath that we love! The building is super charming, I felt in a movie and the apartment very well organized and clean! It has heating and also air conditioning and is super ventilated and illuminated. No mais everything was great! We loved our visit to Rome and we would definitely stay there again!

Andrea's place is spacious, functional and pleasant. The terrace is nice. Andrea cares about the well-being of her hosts. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it. We parked our car at the bottom of the residence, it was convenient.

Logistically great location with tram and train station to the airport almost outside the door. Lovely new apartment. Would rent there again.

Enjoyed our stay here, clean, spacious and convenient having the tram and buses a short walk away. Quick food options available nearby too. Perhaps a bit far from central Rome if you’re using transport and planning to do every day but I booked knowing it was further out. Free street parking too.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Daniela’s house! She was present in person to hand over the keys. The house was well kept and beautifully decorated. It was very spacious and had private parking spot. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. The place was well connected to the city centre by public transport. I highly recommend this place if you’re travelling with family.

This was one of the best experiences over many years of extensive traveling. We liked the wide spaces inside the attic apartment and on the huge terrace from where you can see the sea in the distance. We liked also to be able to park our car in a car pot inside the beautiful courtyard. Valentina and her family are really special. They made us feel right at home without being intrusive. We often took the train from Anzio Colonia to go to ROME and we found it very convenient.

We couldn’t think of a better place to stay for our first visit to Rome. Lucia was the perfect host; gracious, accommodating, and always responsive to our calls. The book of instructions and local attractions was noteworthy and helpful. The home a tastefully decorated and had a local flair. We loved the place and when we return to Rome, we’ll definitely stay at this home!! Gracias, Lucia. Prego.

We stayed there for four night and what a super cozy place !! Fabio is also very responsive. The location is a bit far from the tourists hotspots which we actually wanted. There's a pizza shop right across the street which had delicious pizzas. The Supermarkets are also very nearby.

Nice place not far from the airport with easy connection to Rome. Monika is very welcoming and nice host.

It was a comfortable stay for us with our 3 children. The house was very clean and safe. Fabio gave us good advice. We walked to many places from where the house was located. We took the metro and buses to reach the far places. Thank you for everything.

The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Our stay with Gabriele was very nice! He and his parents are incredibly kind and helpful. The property is easily accessible by metro and is located directly above the family-run furniture shop – accordingly stylish and modern, the apartment is also furnished. The highlight is clearly the large terrace with many seating options. Especially convenient: The small gate can be closed so that children can play safely. The metro station is nearby and it takes about 20 minutes to Termini station, and nearby there is even a nice aqueduct worth a walk. Overall a very well equipped, new and spacious accommodation in a quiet yet well connected location – away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. We were completely satisfied!

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.
