Furnished tourist accommodation (2* for 2 people, capacity 4 people). 30 m2 two-room apartment (independent of our house), consisting of 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, 1 living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 kitchenette, shower room and toilet. No smoking allowed. Welcome tray (coffee, tea, cakes). Apartment located upstairs (no PRM access), very close to the center, 5 to 10 minutes walk from the train station, the Ornithological Reserve, the port with its 20m high Belvedere, the lake (supervised beach July/August). Shops nearby.

Thanks to all our guests who enjoyed the quality of Studio Jay, the hospitality and allowed us to become a "traveler favorite" Rated 3 stars by the Gironde Departmental Tourism Committee, registered with the Teich Tourist Office and the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park, the studio is located in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, close to shopping centers, the bird sanctuary, bike paths (including the bike path) and a sandy beach on the riverbank.

The Studio

Bright 28 m² studio with small garden, ideal for a stay in Le Teich. You will appreciate its calm and bright atmosphere, despite the proximity of the railway line. Perfect for relaxing in a peaceful setting. The accommodation is non-smoking (ashtray on the terrace). Pets not allowed. Parties and loud music are prohibited to ensure the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. Guest access Outdoor camera in the garden for deterrent purposes.

Favorite wooden cabin of Arcachon bay

Located in a quiet and wooded garden, we offer our completely independent accommodation. A parking space is reserved for tenants on enclosed grounds, secured by an electric gate. Close to all amenities (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco, bar…). In the heart of the Bassin d'Arcachon, our outbuilding is 2.3 km from the port of Larros and the train station, a bus stop is in front of the house.

Family home

Come with friends or family to enjoy our beautiful region. Bike rides, canoeing, gourmet market, ornithological park, oyster ports, beaches... You won't be short of activities or if you were, visit the Teich Tourist Office website ;) Close to the train station, you can easily go to Arcachon (15 min) or Bordeaux (30 min). During school holidays, rent from Saturday to Saturday only.
