A few minutes from the coastal path of the Arcachon Bay, its geographical location allows you to access various sites and activities: Arcachon, Dune du Pilat, ocean beaches, lakes, kayaking, cycling, horseback riding... 5 min drive to the small supervised beach of Teich or 15 km drive to the ocean beaches. Shops and the train station are also nearby. Possibility to go to Bordeaux by train in 30 minutes.

Our typical tchanquée cabin house is a must for a holiday on the bay, the place is a heavenly cocooning where every detail has been thought of so that you can relax and escape, a tropical and Mediterranean garden surrounds every corner of the house, it is located in the countryside of the Val de l'Eyre near Arcachon and Pyla 5 km from the bay and 25 from the ocean, not overlooked and no noise. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.
