Close to all amenities (pier, beaches, restaurants, shops, covered market, city entertainment, ports...) On the balconies overlooking the Bassin d'Arcachon. Beautiful amenities, 2 bathrooms, Wi-Fi throughout the property. The highlight of the house is on the roof: a magnificent terrace with opulent garden furniture and deckchairs, a place conducive to sunbathing away from prying eyes.

Venez séjourner à CAP O FERRET, maison en duplex de 65 m2 avec terrasse, située au centre du bourg de Lège Cap Ferret, à mi chemin entre les plages du Bassin d'Arcachon (à 5 mn en voiture et 15 mn en vélo) et l'océan plage du grand Crohot (à 10 mn en voiture et 30 mn en vélo). La piste cyclable qui va jusqu a la pointe du ferret est à moins de 5 mn en vélo du logement. Connexion wifi, le quartier (centre lège Bourg) ou se situe le bien n'a pas été subi de dégâts lors des incendies.
