No smoking. Welcome tray (coffee, tea, cakes). Apartment located on the first floor (not accessible for people with reduced mobility), very close to the centre, 5 to 10 minutes' walk from the train station, the Ornithological Reserve, the port with its 20-metre-high Belvédère, and the lake (supervised beach in July/August). Shops nearby.

Perfect for relaxing in a peaceful setting. The accommodation is non-smoking (ashtray on the terrace). Pets not allowed. Parties and loud music are prohibited to ensure the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. Guest access Outdoor camera in the garden for deterrent purposes.
