Two-room apartment, 28 m² (separate from our house), comprising 1 bedroom with 1 140-cm bed, 1 living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 kitchenette, shower room and WC. No smoking. Welcome tray (coffee, tea, cakes). Apartment located upstairs (no PMR access), very close to the center, 5-10 minutes walk from the train station, the bird sanctuary, the port with its 20m high Belvedere, the body of water (supervised beach July/August). Shops nearby.

Entire house 6 travelers 3 bedrooms - 5 beds - 2 bathrooms - private swimming pool - several terraces - parking (electric charger). “Cabin” on the port of La Teste. 10 minutes from the beaches and dune of Pilat. Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Perfect for relaxing in a peaceful setting. The accommodation is non-smoking (ashtray on the terrace). Pets not allowed. Parties and loud music are prohibited to ensure the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. Guest access Outdoor camera in the garden for deterrent purposes.
