Designed in the style of the Le Bassin cabins, the apartment is on the first floor: suitable for 2 to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). A beautiful terrace of 12 m2 overlooks the body of water. Parking. Optional: . Continental breakfast: €18 per person . Daily cleaning: 20 euros/day . Electricity connection: fixed charge of €8/night

Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Bright 28 m² studio with small garden, ideal for a stay in Le Teich. You will appreciate its calm and bright atmosphere, despite the proximity of the railway line. Perfect for relaxing in a peaceful setting. The accommodation is non-smoking (ashtray on the terrace). Pets not allowed. Parties and loud music are prohibited to ensure the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. Guest access Outdoor camera in the garden for deterrent purposes.
