Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.

The Studio

Bright 28 m² studio with small garden, ideal for a stay in Le Teich. You will appreciate its calm and bright atmosphere, despite the proximity of the railway line. Perfect for relaxing in a peaceful setting. The accommodation is non-smoking (ashtray on the terrace). Pets not allowed. Parties and loud music are prohibited to ensure the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. Guest access Outdoor camera in the garden for deterrent purposes.

During school holidays, rent from Saturday to Saturday only.

We will be delighted to host you in our independent house of 70 m², for a maximum of 6 people, the sofa being convertible. It is located on a private plot of 500 m², very quiet, away from all traffic, not overlooked and wooded, fully fenced, located in the second line of our property with a private entrance.
