Our typical tchanquée cabin house is a must for a holiday on the bay, the place is a heavenly cocooning where every detail has been thought of so that you can relax and escape, a tropical and Mediterranean garden surrounds every corner of the house, it is located in the countryside of the Val de l'Eyre near Arcachon and Pyla 5 km from the bay and 25 from the ocean, not overlooked and no noise. Do you dream of authenticity and are you sensitive to art? You will love the exceptional location of my apartment: the windows to the east and west allow you to see the sunrise AND sunset over the city and, the rest of the time, it is bathed in light. Your 38m2 suite is independent of our house, everything is done to ensure that you spend a soothing night. The room has a private hot tub (optional), it is air-conditioned, with a 180 cm bed, a kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave...You can lounge in front of the horses and take long walks in the private forest.

Studio Mauriac

Air-conditioned bright studio on the second floor of a small stone building. Located in a quiet area, in the historic center, close to the tram (5 minutes walk). Fully equipped, the studio has a small separate kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. The living area of the studio is composed of a bed 2 places, a sofa and a flat screen. ATTENTION: part of the apartment is attic; less comfortable for people taller than 1.85 m.

The site is equipped with a health course, tennis, pingpong, entertainment at the pool and restaurant open from May to September, beautiful walks to take in the woods, the beaches are 15 minutes away and 5 to 10 minutes for shopping.

The guest house is cosy, practical, quiet, and well furnished. The little extra comfort of your stay: CLEANING FEES INCLUDED !!! It has 2 separate bedrooms ( a baby cot is available on request), a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room, a living space, and of course, the terrace, so cosy !
