My house is located in the centre of Gujan-Mestras near the town hall, 300 m from the port and 500 m from the train station, all within walking distance. Arcachon, the ocean beaches and the Dune du Pyla are 15 minutes away by car. Wood-clad house overlooking the street leading to the port (may be a little noisy) with a private terrace of 12 m2. It consists of a living room of 25 m2 including a bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom of 11 m2 with private bathroom, walk-in shower and toilet.

House renovated with care, spacious, located in a quiet neighborhood close to the center with a 1500m2 garden with trees (rare on the basin) relaxation guaranteed! 10 min walk from the city centre (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, market) 5 min walk from the train station. At the port, you will enjoy a natural area with the ornithological park, a supervised bathing site, canoe rentals, and electric boats. In the city of 7 ports, you will find yourself well in this 2014 house and fully equipped as at home. Everything is there! Just choose your activities: Dune du Pilat, beach, surfing, kite surfing, canoeing, boat on the Arcachon Bay, golf, horseback riding, archery, cycling, karting, paintball, amusement parks for the little ones, Aqualand, bowling... Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice bright little fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a short walk from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!

Wooden villa facing the sea - 4 to 6 people

Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.

Come with friends or family to enjoy our beautiful region. Bike rides, canoeing, gourmet market, ornithological park, oyster ports, beaches... You won't be short of activities or if you were, visit the Teich Tourist Office website ;) Close to the train station, you can easily go to Arcachon (15 min) or Bordeaux (30 min). During school holidays, rent from Saturday to Saturday only.
