Location near Murnau. The sanitary facilities are located including washing machine in the annex. A shared kitchen is available for guests staying in the main house. The Riegsee can be reached on foot within 10 minutes including small economy, as well as kiosk. The Sindelsdorf motorway exit (A95) is about 8 min. by car from the property. Fire bowl,barbecue, parking space as well as a seating area in the adjacent garden are available. PS: Additional sleeping places are available in the courtyard.

You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

In winter, the ski slope passes in front of the house and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden away and can be reached via a short gravel road. The car park is right in front of the house.

Welcome to our cozy log cabin in the Bavarian Alps. We built this log cabin with a lot of love for detail, as this is our profession. The log cabin is located near our carpentry shop and small farm and is located in the middle of the village. Please note: it is not on a mountain or on an alpine pasture. The village is alive! From your window, you can occasionally watch a new log cabin being prepared. Here you can experience country life up close!

Our cozy Tyrolean wooden chalet offers a unique charm and space for 6 guests: one bedroom with comfortable double box spring bed and extra TV, another bedroom with 2 bunk beds and on the mezzanine there are two more single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The big terrace with magnificent mountain views offer garden furniture to eat and relax. For the children, there is a slide, a fence keeps small children at the house.

The well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook together, while our two bathrooms offer enough space for privacy. Spend convivial evenings in our rustic living room. A highlight is our large terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the majestic mountains - the perfect place.

Authentic wooden house

The house was built in 1928 by my great-grandparents. As a professor at the Academy of Arts, he went to the house with students to devote himself intensively to art. Much of the furniture dates from this period and reflects authenticity. It is a wonderful hut with a lot of atmosphere and not a modern chalet. The house is made entirely of wood. There you can experience the feeling of "back to the roots" to the fullest and come to peace.
