The highlight: a cosy sleeping nook above the living area – a unique retreat for one adult or two children. Good to know: the bathroom follows the apartment’s modern, open-plan design and is separated by glass walls and a glass door.

A free bus is available for all guests (staying 2 nights or longer) from St. Sigmund to Kühtai. Public transportation is available from Innsbruck.

Your Alpine Escape: This charming second-floor apartment features two cozy bedrooms with king-size beds and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. The heart of the home is the open-plan living and dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen (including oven, microwave, and dishwasher). Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy a peaceful seating area and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the Hahnenkamm

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

The premium apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. A highlight is our terrace with mountain views. You can relax in your own hot tub & sauna, which are located on the spacious terrace. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)
