Komplett neu renovierte & möblierte 22Qm/ 1 Zimmer Wohnung. Es gibt einen eigenen Zugang, zur Souterrain-Wohnung. Die Deckenhöhe ist ca 195 cm. Dazu gibt es eine kleine Küche, mit Ceranfeld, ein Spülbecken und eine Kühl/Gefrierkombi. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Eine separate Toilette mit Waschbecken und Fön gehört auch zur Wohnung, sowie eine Dusche.Ein Fernseher, Kommoden, Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen dazu. Ein großes Boxspringbett gehört auch zur Ausstattung. Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

One bedroom, one bathroom (as a passage room) with shower and a kitchen with access to the communal courtyard - typical of Lübeck. The perfect location allows you to reach everything on foot. The journey is easily accessible by public transport (bus about 3 min / station about 15 min), a public parking within walking distance. Swimming in the Wakenitz or Krähenteich is just a stone's throw away.

The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

The apartment in the Kontor is on the ground floor of the Traufenhaus. It is modern and individually furnished. It can accommodate up to 3 people. The bunk bed is 1.40 m wide at the bottom and 90 cm wide at the top. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooker, fridge and of course everything you need to prepare a breakfast and a small meal. There is also a flat-screen TV and plenty of outlets to charge your mobile devices.

Unser Apartment "Hugo" ist perfekt für 1-2 Personen geeignet und der ideale Ausgangs­punkt um die Lübecker Altstadt zu erkunden. Die Fleischhauerstraße ist eine der ältesten und neben der benachbarten Hüxstraße, die beliebteste Straße Lübecks. Cafés, Restaurants und lokale Geschäft laden zum verweilen ein. Zweimal wochentags (dienstags und mittwochs) lädt Sie der „Suppentopf“ im Hause auf die besten Suppen der Stadt ein.
