L'appartamento è al primo piano, raggiungibile dal posteggio privato attraverso una breve scalinata. È composto da due camere da letto doppie, cucina rinnovata e ampio locale open space con un divano a letto (140x200 cm). Tutti i locali danno accesso alla meravigliosa terrazza attrezzata per godere di un aperitivo al tramonto od un pranzo. Grazie all'esposizione a sud la terrazza è agibile nelle belle giornate tutto l'anno. Un luogo davvero tranquillo e di pace!
