The large 15 m2 terrace, facing west, with exceptional views of the Bonne Mère invites you to enjoy the sun all day long. Cours-Julien and Vieux-Port are a 10-minute walk away. Gare Saint-Charles is a 20-minute walk or metro ride away. Many shops, restaurants, and cafes are nearby.

Parking space attached to the studio. The accommodation is in a private and secure residence, very quiet, 1 km from Carry city center. Possible access to two sandy beaches (200 m and 1 km). Carry le Rouet is 35 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and Marseille and 20 minutes from Aix TGV and the airport.

Cycling paths and public transport very close to go to the coves, or in the city center.
