Holiday rentals with a patio in Milan

Lovely apartment, very clean with plenty of room and a lovely little outside patio area. Everything you could need from lounge area and good sized kitchen to an amazing shower and nice comfy memory foam large bed! Ideally located a 10min walk from Centrale station and close to lots of restaurant options - a quiet private area which we would use again :)

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay in Milan! The apartment was everything I could have hoped for and more. The location was perfect—close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet peaceful and quiet in the evenings. The space itself was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Communication was seamless, and they made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful city!

My stay in Milan was incredible, Ariane's place is spectacular, just like the photos, very close to the subway and the area is quiet. There is supermarket and restaurant nearby! I would definitely stay there again on another trip through Milan! Also highlight Ariane's flexibility, we arrived very early in Milan and she took care of the apartment cleaning it quickly to be able to enter before check-in time!

Great air b n b and very close to metro. Cosy appartment. Easy instructions for stress free check in and out. Mattress was dreamy. Loved our stay thank you :)

Davide is an extremely helpful and kind person, immediately attentive to our needs. He was not able to be present at check-in but he provided us with all the necessary directions to enter the apartment and was always available to accommodate our needs. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay at Daniela's place. With her husband, they are very welcoming hosts, available and who like to communicate. Their house is a good base to visit the very touristy surroundings of Lake Maggiore and find calm after these busy days. I highly recommend it!

What a treat Marco’s place was! He is an amazing host that not only picked us up from the airport($40 euro) he helped us navigate the city and our next adventures. Our favorite area of the apartment was the top leave with access to the terrace. His kitchen couch was by far my favorite place to hangout visit with my husband and relax after walking around Milan. The apartment is so close to the metro station. Making travel in town so easy and affordable. If you have the chance book this place!!

We felt very comfortable in the house Everything as on the pictures , pool was also great , barbecue was available , enough space to park. Andrea was very friendly, the communication was excellent and otherwise we were also satisfied.

Excellent welcome while we arrived late at the apartment. We appreciated the kindness, the responsiveness of the owners and the caretaker. Very well equipped and clean. Jaccuzi and gym. 30 min public transport from the Dome of Milan.

Really exquisite people, helpful and very kind. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well heated. No parking problems. From the house you can see a beautiful landscape. We will definitely be back.

Quiet apartment very well located in a pleasant area and with many shops The city center is 15 min away by tram and Milan train station also for transfers to the airport or to go to Lake Como

Marisa and Antonello are charming and caring hosts. Communication with them was very easy and above all they were very responsive when we had an issue with our rental car. Thank you again, thank you very much. The apartment deserves its 5 stars without any problem. Very clean and nothing is missing. Quiet residence and smooth street parking. The location is in a great location to visit Milan and the lake area. We'll come back if we have a chance.

The place is very spacious, quiet and well located. Mateo is a really very warm, likeable and helpful host. He gave us good tips for eating nearby and very much supported us with the transfer to the nearby airport. Thank you again for the delicious ice cream he gave us at the best ice cream parlor in Oleggias.

Our hosts got back to us very quickly when we had questions. Davide greeted us at the sidewalk and was friendly and gracious. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. The entire apartment felt like being at home. Train station was only a 10-minute walk. Milano and Torino were a short train ride away. Novara is much easier to navigate than Milano and Torino and has everything you need, including great stores. I messed up my reservation and thought we had another night and they let us stay for a small fee. This was the best Airbnb and VRBO experience we’ve had!

We had a good time in Milan. The holiday apartment is located in a quiet back house. The apartment offers a perfect starting point for many attractions. Bars, shopping, and market are right around the corner. There were plenty of car parking spaces in the street.

We had a wonderful time in Milan and Carla and her husband were very helpful 🥰
