Ideal location 150 m from the Ocean (supervised beaches) 50 m from the current and the bridge, very pleasant for morning walks and sunset, 400 m from the market and at the foot of bike paths. Everything is within walking distance (shops, restaurants, entertainment...). 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, covered terrace.Possibility to park the car inside the ground which is closed. Pets that can be allowed .

Spacious T4 accommodation ideally located at mimizan beach. Once there you can do everything on foot : beaches 100 m away, market square, shops, and restaurants 50 m away. There is also a Leclerc to do your shopping at 100m. Residence of standing and quiet despite the proximity to all shops. Pets are not allowed. You can also enjoy an outdoor swimming pool from 15/06 to 15/09 The duplex apartment has a terrace, 3 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom + 1 toilet and 2 toilets.

Access to the beach is through a small walkway at the edge of the forest, the surf school is right at the end. Behind the building, the bike path can take you to the lake or market town. A 5-minute walk away you will find the pedestrian street with its restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment and delicious ice cream. It is a bright, warm and quiet apartment. The bed will be made and the towels available because remember, you are on vacation. Parking is number 33

Nice fisherman's house 100m from the ocean

Nice little renovated fisherman's house, bright. Close to the ocean, you will be a few meters from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but be careful in July and August our seaside resort is very lively, our little house loses its tranquility. Ideal for a couple with 2 children, we do not accept more than 4 people. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

Located in a quiet and secure residence, our very bright apartment enjoys a breathtaking view of the Ocean and the mouth of the Current from its large sunny balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The apartment is great for a great vacation for two people. Rentals from May to September are made by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year is flexible (3 nights minimum).

We are located at 1,5 km from the beach, you can ride with our bikes we can lend to you. The house is in a quiet and residential area near pinewood. We are in border of the cycle path, in front of the tennis club. Your studio is fully equipped with all confort. On option the spa and swimming pool are accessible.
