The 1-room apartment was completely renovated in 2025. Centrally located - only 5 minutes from the train station - you can be in untouched nature in a few minutes. The apartment has a terrace, garden and an underground parking space. Children are welcome and we do not charge any additional costs for children up to 6 years old. Please simply note this in the text of the request. The tourist tax is between €2.20 and max. €3 per adult, depending on the season, and there are some discounts with the guest card.

The south-facing apartment offers a great view of the Alpine world of Karwendel and Wetterstein. It has been recently renovated and furnished. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people - but it is ideal for 2-3 people. The apartment has almost 40 m² of very clean living space: dining-living room (with spacious, fully equipped kitchenette), bedroom (with wide double bed and new mattresses), private bathroom with natural light, south-facing balcony, private parking.

Centrally located - just under ten minutes each from the train station and idyllic village center - you are in a few minutes in the almost untouched nature. The apartment has its own terrace, access to the garden as well as an underground parking space. Children are welcome and we do not charge any additional costs until the age of six.
