The 85m² Apartment HABICHT for 2-6 persons is located on the top floor with amazing views and furnished with solid, fragrant natural wood. Up to three double-bedrooms (each with private shower/WC) can be used. The private south-side balcony ensures a unique, breathtaking view over the magnificent alpine scenery of the Stubai Glacier and the beautiful natural surroundings.

Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

The Cyta shopping center is also within walking distance, fantastic ski areas are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays.
