Very nice furnished apartment. We had everything we needed. Highly recommend. The in-house‘ mountain range for hikes can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. Beautiful. We will be happy to come back!

Super nice place, nice and quite The bus route to the lift, you need to familiarize yourself with times and stops. But it seems perfect.

Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

Beautifully located apartment, easy to find. Very central for skiing (8 min by car mayrhofen) Large rooms, all with sink and mirror. Large balconies. Overall, it was a wonderful fit for 9 people. Ski depot was included in the basement However, you should discuss exactly how many people are coming there and are officially registered. This has led to additional costs.

There were five of us, very nice days in the house. The house has a wonderful charm and it lacks nothing for a relaxed togetherness and a rest from everyday life. The environment of the house is excellent for an outdoor breakfast, the others to breathe through, in the already noticeable fresh mountain air. The house has a great location and charisma, so you don't actually have to get away at all. We will definitely be back, it's the ideal place for our next family reunion

Josef & Faith were great hosts! They made check in easy, offered up great recommendations to supplement the plans we already had. Beautiful view of the Alps from the porch of the apartment. If you’re visiting Garmisch-Partenkirchen I cannot recommend their home highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment directly above Melanie and Thomas over Easter. Right from the start, the atmosphere was very familiar and warm – it was just a great fit between people. The apartment itself really leaves nothing to be desired: high-quality furnishings, with a lot of attention to detail, and absolutely perfect for longer stays. We were particularly impressed by the large terrace with fantastic views of the surrounding mountain landscape – a real highlight! Thank you for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!

Great Place , the spa area really is the highlight

Stayed here for a few nights over new year’s and we loved it. The hosts (owners) are really lovely people and we found everything in the apartment to be great and well equipped. Just be prepared to drive as groceries are not so nearby. But to be expected with a location like this.

Great top-quality equipped appartement in the center of Seefeld with fantastic view.

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

I loved Maria's apartment, it is very well located close to everything: restaurant, shop and public transport, and very close to the center. The view from the balcony is stunning!! I would come back without hesitation!

We spent two nights at this apartment in Seefeld from April 28-30. We were 4 adults and one toddler (1 year old and 8 months old). The apartment is fully as described – everything was clean, tidy, and all of the furniture and appliances worked perfectly. Special thanks to host Andreas: he always responded very quickly to messages (usually within 30 minutes), personally welcomed us, explained everything in detail and even provided a crib and high chair – that was very helpful. From the window you have a wonderful view of the Hohe Munde, and the area is pleasantly quiet. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Superb value for money. We have found no deficiencies and are happy to recommend this property.

Great place to stay and spectacular location! You can walk to so many spots in Garmisch. The bed was so comfy after a long day exploring. The TV was large and had many apps we could use. It’s on a Main Street, but honestly couldn’t hear the outdoor noise when the windows were shut. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

This apartment is superb. It’s spotlessly clean and modern with everything and more you could want. The location was fantastic and you could walk up to the old town in minutes. Overall I would totally recommend anyone book it for a wonderful stay in Fussen.

I've already been able to visit some vacation rentals on Airbnb, but Barbara and Klaus are definitely one of the best hosts ever. The communication beforehand was excellent – with lots of helpful tips and recommendations. During our stay we felt completely comfortable. There was even a delicious guest reception – a real wow experience! The accommodation itself is furnished with a lot of love for detail and offers more than you expect. The outdoor area with barbecue is a real highlight. Surroundings are simply idyllic. Barbara and Klaus were always on hand whenever we needed help. We would come back anytime!
