This bright apartment offers a spacious living and dining area with a kitchenette, a large dining table and a cosy sitting area. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double size bed. The sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space, meaning that up to four people can be accommodated. Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

This apartment (40 sqm) is bright, cozy and comfortable, as well as quiet and centrally located. It is decorated in a Scandinavian modern style and is ideal for couples and surfers.
