The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Located in the small community of Källa, about 7 km to the central town of Löttorp with a large range of services such as the form of restaurants, health center, swimming pool, library and shops.
