A new built-in kitchen with dishwasher and electrical appliances as well as an attractive bathroom with glass shower/toilet are provided. A numbered outdoor parking space can be used free of charge. The "Hansapark" is almost next door, a small public swimming pool is very close. We provide Wi-Fi, towels and bed linens FREE OF CHARGE.

Between the North Sea and Baltic Sea lies the beautiful Schleswig-Holstein. Neumünster forms the center of Schleswig-Holstein and offers fast transport connections due to its location. The accommodation is located on the upper floor of our house and has 1 room with double bed, 1 room with sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen where 2 people can comfortably cook and sit. As well as an additional dining room. From the living room you have access to a large balcony.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Peace, romance, idyll, Baltic Sea, pure nature, quiet but also trendy Baltic Sea resorts such as Grömitz within easy reach. You will stay in a historic former inn, which was lovingly completely restored and modernized in 2016. The location near the Baltic Sea is a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Ostholstein. For hikers and bikers, the Baltic Sea and Holstein Switzerland are just outside the door. You can reach the beach by car or by bike in a few minutes.

The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books for all tastes.

Friendly apartment with sun terrace near the Baltic Sea beach - ideal for 2 people. The apartment is located in our house (separate entrance) in a quiet residential area in Pelzerhaken. The beach, bakery, supermarket and bus stop are within walking distance (about 300 m). The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a separate bedroom with large double bed, a bathroom with shower and a south-facing terrace.

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Prinzenholz vacation home on Kellersee

The apartment is located in an idyllic thatched cottage with lake views. The house is located on a spacious property on the edge of the Prinzenholz. The decor is friendly and bright. Biking and hiking trails start right at your doorstep, and canoe rental and swimming facilities are close by. The apartment has its own sun terrace and garden area. Beach house - Spacious and modern!

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

Country home near the Baltic Sea

Nestled in the heart of Ostholstein - in Lensahn - is our "Old Doctor's House." Our approx. 50 m² large, cozy two-room apartment "Country Home" is located in the attic and is accessible via a steep staircase, so that primarily a young, agile couple may feel addressed. In front of the gates of Kiel lies the Marutendorf estate in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the courtyard lake.
