A large 3 bedroom house with spacious, bright rooms and a generous communal living area in Gaios, Paxos. The property has been renovated in 2023. There is a lovely outside seating area with a BBQ, an ideal property for families and groups of friends. The house is 5 minute walk from the centre of Gaios, which is the biggest town in Paxos. It is also just 5 minutes walk from the beach. **NEW** as of summer 2023 we have refitted the kitchen and added WiFi to the property.

There is a seating/living room area with sofa and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. Air conditioning, fridge, stove ,TV.

The sofa on the living room can be converted into a bed. An extra bed can be added in case of families with 2 children. Both levels include a balcony with table and chairs. From the top balcony you have an amazing view of Lakka bay.
