The house dates back to 1871 and is made of stone and has very thick internal walls that allow it to always stay cool throughout the summer. The kitchen opens directly onto the external courtyard, where we have a large table with a masonry barbecue nearby. The garden is located at the front of the house, and there is also a gazebo with sofas. The swimming pool is fenced and is for the exclusive use of guests of the house. The house is adjacent to a small yellow house that I own but do not live in.

We are located 1 hour from Milan, at the beginning of the Piacenza hills and very close to the famous medieval village of Castell'Arquato, along the route of the Via Francigena. You will have the opportunity to stay in a suggestive space: the stable - where the manger is still present - located under the barn of the farmhouse. Our Border Collie Leo is very good with people and children but does not like the presence of other animals, especially male dogs and cats. For this reason, we can only reluctantly accommodate female dogs. A 50-meter private road leading to the banks of the Trebbia is also available for guests.
