Castle holiday rentals in Province of Viterbo

Ernesto and his partner were very helpful and attentive to our every need and question. We were a group of 12 people, but the house was more than adequate for our needs. It's literally huge. The house is immersed in nature, in a peaceful and picturesque setting. It is the ideal place for those who want days of rest, away from the chaos of the city. Even in winter it is a cozy and well heated home. Equipped with all kinds of comforts. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful stay. Giuliano's place is bang on in the center of the town of Pitigliano, a lovely medieval citadel with stunning views and incredible history. Bars, cafés, shops and restaurants are all conveniently located near the property. The apartment is just as in the pictures: cosy and charming. It is also very peaceful as it's inside a castle's courtyard. En suite bathroom in the master bedroom, comfortable bed, antique furniture and clean towels and linens. Kitchen equipped with all necessary amenities. Excellent place to stay either for a weekend or for longer. We stayed for a week and it felt like being home. Giuliano is a wonderful host. He provided us with very useful information about the surrounding areas and places of interest. Communication was seamless and everything went well. I would totally recommend staying at Giuliano's place, and would definitely go back.

Enchanting stay in an exceptional historic and cultural setting. The apartment is tastefully furnished. No need for airco because the thickness of the walls guarantees freshness (and yet it was the August heatwave). Large pool surrounded by beautiful greenery. Restaurant with excellent service and a great menu. Delicious breakfast (included) (homemade jams and desserts) and hearty. The icing on the cake: Cecilia welcomed us in her beautiful castle and showed us around it. Very good value for money.

Staying in Cecilia's popular hotel was a unique experience. In addition to being a super helpful host, he guided us with passion in visiting his home and family castle, sharing with great passion the history of the village and his family. The place is well cared for and perfectly integrated into the medieval atmosphere. Highly recommended for those looking for high level authenticity and hospitality!

Great value for the money. Outside Todi, which makes it an ideal location to explore little villages around like Orvieto and Civita. It’s so nice to have the car parked right there and not worry about parking in the old town. Rooms are lovely, with a stone ceiling and yet modern bathroom and heating - AC. Breakfast is lovely and the food abondant. It’s truly magical to stay at some 15th century castle. Would highly recommend.

Wow wow what a beautiful place! I can really recommend this place and we wish we could have stayed longer. Ippolita and her husband were very nice and easy going and made us feel very welcome, inlcluding their lovely dogs and cats. The house is so cute and tidy and has a beautiful scenery - it’s like a movie. We really wanna go back here in the future! This is a great place to relax and it’s also very close to Tuscania with many restaurants and things to see. If you are, just like we were, wondering where to go and what to do in Italy (there are so many options)- don’t miss out on this beautiful place. It’s 10/10

An incredible stay at a truly unique location. The castle itself was very beautiful, although finding where to meet someone to check in was confusing. We loved walking around the town and ate at several delicious restaurants in town. We felt like locals and loved seeing a less touristy side of Italy.
