Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The vacation rental is located in an apartment house. The house is located directly at Kammer Forest and is 5 minutes from the beach. The bright and comfortable apartment is in a quiet location. The apartment is on the 1st floor. The living space is spread over a lovingly furnished living room with open kitchen and dining area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe via a staircase. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Between the Baltic Sea beach and Lübeck, our apartment is located on the upper floor of a house built in 1926. The stairs to the apartment are wooden (not soundless). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The public transport takes you to the beaches and to Lübeck. The apartment has its own parking space, small garden with terrace and its own entrance. In a secluded location Parking, Wi-Fi and laundry included. The apartment is not barrier-free. The stairs to the apartment are quite steep.

However, please note that the bathroom can get tight with adults. The apartment has only 45 square meters, even if it has three rooms:-)! And the second bed is just a pull-out bed with thinner foam mattresses.
